I've had such an exhausting day, so I'm taking myself off to bed shortly. But before I go, I'll just introduce you to 'Glittery' the mouse angel. The newest addition to our tree decorations.
I love all the pretty dried orange slices! And Glittery might be the cutest little mouse I think I've ever seen. Exhausting day here, as well. I'm planning to hop into bed early tonight. I wanted to bake cranberry bars this evening, but I'm just too tired - hopefully, tomorrow though.
I've been up very late writing a blog post, just checked your blog before I finally go to bed and found this sweet little mouse angel. He/she is absolutely adorable and I'm now contemplating sneaking round and pinching him while you're asleep :) :)
I will be checking it out as soon as I have a moment. Nooo! Please don't take him. Instead, you might discover some of his siblings at a National Trust shop near you :)
He is so cute - there are some lovely little felted animals this year. I always put an Angel on the top of my daughter's stockings but have not seen a suitable one yet this year - Angel mouse would have been perfect. x
When I read Tuesday's post I wondered whether just threading the thinly sliced orange on string and then sprinkling with some cinnamon would give a nice aroma as they dried in the air. I won't have a proper tree to hang them on but I might find somewhere to hand them. I love mice so your mouse angel appeals to me.
He is adorable.
ReplyDeleteCute isn't it. You can just about make out a silver wing. X
DeleteOh, he's so cute! I bet your tree looks lovely.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Chris. I don't think our tree would win any contests, but we think it looks lovely. X
DeletePleased to meet you, Glittery! Looks like Glittery is eyeing the orange slices and thinking they'd make a good snack! :D
ReplyDeletePossibly. I just hope Mog doesn't mistake it for a real mouse! X
